From the initial telephone enquiry to the delivery the service could not be faulted. Very helpful and cooperative. Prepared to split delivery due to not having all products on the shelf thus speeding up the process.

After I enquired about a good price for some LED GU10 lamps, I quickly had a competitive response. Not having used this company previously, I was a little apprehensive - unfoundedly, as it turned out. The purchase was quick and easy, the website was very simple to navigate, and the goods were dispatched quickly, and arrived in good condition. I`m very happy with the quality of the lamps, and the communication from the company.

Ordered 'made to order' items which local supplier said could take 3 weeks, the goods arrived in 5 days. Very happy with service. Would recommend and use again.

Exceptional service
I needed to order some lights. I rang up to find out whether they were in stock and was told that there weren't, but they checked with the supplier who had plenty in stock. The lights were despatched the same day and I received them within 24 hours. A very impressive service. Will definitely use UKES again.

Fantastic Service and Lightening Speed Delivery!
Ordered the products late one night, was phoned early next day and told two were out of stock and offered some very reasonable alternatives. Was amazed when the order was delivered the next morning. Not at all annoyed with the odd thing being out of stock as this happens from time to time but how the company deal with it speaks volumes about their customer service and in this case it was exemplary.
Will be back again to shop!
