Delivery Information

Bank Holiday Delivery- Orders may be delayed due to closure over the bank holiday. Next Day Delivery is not available.

Spend over £50 shopping at UK Electrical Supplies and we will post your order free if your order weight is UNDER 5kg. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days. If there is any issue with stock we will contact you immediately.

Order before 2pm Monday-Thursday and receive your order the next working day for only £7.50 if your order weight is UNDER 5kg. If there is any issue with stock we will contact you immediately.

In no rush for your order? Why not select our super saver option where you will receive the goods usually within 2-5 working days for only £5.00 if your order weight is UNDER 5kg. If there is any issue with stock we will contact you immediately.

If your order weighs OVER 5kg, order before 2pm Monday-Thursday and your order will be sent by courier for only £12.50, and you will receive your goods within 2-5 working days.

If you would like to collect your order from our Middlesex branch to avoid any delivery costs between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (only on working days), simply select this option. Please make sure you call us on 020 8783 9995 prior to pick up to receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Certain products at UK Electrical Supplies require special delivery, this could be down to a number of reasons including oversized items or manufacturer charges. Please allow up to 5 days for UK special delivery.

If any product within your order is out of stock and could effect the delivery time you have selected a member of our dispatch team will notify you.

Please also note that we are only able to ship to the UK mainland at the present time. If you wish to place an order that is to be delivered outside of the UK mainland, please send us an email first at sales@ukelectricalsupplies.com so we can confirm the delivery costs.
