This MK Electric 13A Double Pole Switched Fused Connection Unit (K942ALM) is a durable wiring accessory designed for use in rough environments ranging all the way from tool sheds to factories. As part of the Metalclad Plus™ collection, it combines heavy gauge steel construction with a metallic powder paint finish that’s both corrosion and scratch resistant. Helpful features, like its upwards facing terminals, ensure quick and easy installation. This switched fused spur also includes an optional tamperproof screw, which comes in handy in public areas.

Zone 0	Inside the bath or shower tray. Minimum IP rating of IP67, and a maximum voltage of 12 V.
Zone 1	Directly above the bath to a height 225 cm from the floor, or the inside of shower cubicle excluding the tray. Minimum IP rating of IP65.
Zone 2	60 cm perimeter around the bath or shower to a height 225 cm from the floor. 60 cm radius around sink tap. Minimum IP rating of IP44.
Zone 3	Anything outside the other zones. No IP rating requirements.
