Returns and Refunds

All refunds will normally be processed within 7 - 10 working days of us receiving the goods. Due to varying processing times, it may take a couple of days after this before the money shows up in your account.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return all or part of your order (for refund or in exchange for a different product), you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this by sending an email to sales@ukelectricalsupplies.com with your order number and details of what you would like to return. Any made-to-order items (indicated on the product page and on the checkout when you placed your order) are non-returnable unless they are faulty. After we have confirmed and agreed to take the items back, you have 14 days in which to get them to us. You should include, where possible, a completed returns form available from this page. Otherwise, please include a hand-written note containing your name and order number, so that we can identify you and process your request.

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. By returning items to us you accept that you are sending them at your own cost and risk. We recommend that when sending goods back to us you use a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and obtain proof of postage. We will not be held accountable for any damage or loss whilst in transit.

If you are returning items for a refund, we will issue you a refund for the value of the items and our standard delivery charge. If you chose a different delivery service when placing your order (next day delivery for example), we will only refund you our standard delivery charge.

Items must be returned to us unused, in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. If the items are returned in an unsaleable condition or have been handled more than necessary before deciding to return it, we reserve the right to make a deduction to the refund value.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods should be returned in a reasonable condition, with all component parts and  any promotional items received.

If you are within 30 days of receiving your items, you can either opt for a full refund (including delivery costs) or ask us to replace your items. To do this, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending an email to sales@ukelectricalsupplies.com with your order number, what you would like to return, details of the fault, and if you want a refund or a replacement. After we have confirmed and agreed to take the items back, you have 14 days in which to get them to us. You should include, where possible, a completed returns form available from this page. Otherwise, please include a hand-written note containing your name and order number, so that we can identify you and process your request.

If it has been more than 30 days since you received your items, please contact us by phone or by email. Depending on the circumstances and when you placed your order, we may be able to organise a repair or replacement. If we are unable to do so, then we may offer you a full or partial refund.

Any made-to-order items (indicated on the product page and on the checkout when you placed your order) are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
