All delivery times are approximate and we shall not be held accountable for any loss or damage resulting from a delayed delivery. Due to the amount of goods that we ship it is not feasible for us to track every package. It is the responsibility of you as the customer to inform our customer service department if there is a problem with your delivery.
Orders placed for delivery outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to various import/export duties and taxes that are applied when your goods arrive at the destination country. You are responsible for the payment of these charges as we have no way of knowing the costs before sending your goods out to you. Upon receipt of your goods you have 30 days in which to return the items to us. All items must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should also include your invoice.
If the return is requested within 14 days of the order being placed we will offer a full refund including standard delivery costs (if applicable) or arrange to exchange the item. After this period, as long as it is still under 30 days from your order date, we will offer you either a full refund excluding the original delivery costs or arrange to exchange the item. Any made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Faulty goods should be returned in a reasonable condition, with all component parts along with any promotional items received. You should also include your invoice. We will either issue you with a full refund including the original delivery costs or arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. By returning items to us you accept that you are sending them at your own cost and risk. We recommend that when sending goods back to us you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage. We will not be held accountable for any damage or loss whilst in transit.

Notice of any claim arising out of or in connection with this contract must be given in writing to the seller within 7 working days from the date when the goods are collected or delivered, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred. In any event, the seller shall be under no liability for shortage or damage unless within 7 days of delivery the buyer gives written notice of claim otherwise than on a consignment note or delivery document to the carrier and to the seller.
The proprietary title in the goods shall not pass to the buyer and the buyer shall keep the goods as bailees and trustees for the company, (returning the same to the company upon request), until the price of the goods shall have been wholly paid and until any other sums whatsoever which are due from the buyer to the company under any contract or otherwise howsoever shall have been paid in full without any deductions or deferment on account of any disputes or cross claims whatsoever. The buyer shall be entitled to sell and effect delivery of the goods to third parties in the normal course of his business but the proceeds of any such shall, whenever any sum whatsoever is due from the buyer to the company, be held on trust for the company and on such sale and/or delivery the buyer is hereby deemed to assign to the company absolutely, (and the company hereby accepts such assignment), for the benefit of any claim which the buyer has against any such third party arising from such sale and/or delivery. Any receiver or liquidator appointed over the assets of the buyer shall pay into a separate bank account. Any sums received from third parties in respect of sales to them of goods the buyer, up to the amount of any indebtedness of the buyer to the company, for the sole benefit of the company.
No variation or waiver of, or addition to these conditions shall be binding unless expressly confirmed by the seller in writing.
We will not be held responsible for any failures or delays in normal service of any of our obligations that are due to events outside of our reasonable control. This may include but is not limited to strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of a terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport, impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks, the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the force majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the force majeure event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the force majeure event.
