This compact bathroom extractor fan made by Xpelair comes with clip-off front cover for easier cleaning. The great feature on this product is that it turns on and off with the bathroom light! Hassle Free!

The fan has a white exterior and a sqaure edge grille and is built within Part F building regulations and also BEAB approved. This fan can also be used in commercial environments such as hotels and work toilets. Easy to install and a great performing fan.
